REFUND POLICY

At HOSS, we take great care in crafting and delivering your perfume. While we do not offer returns, we understand that, in some cases, an exchange may be necessary. Please review our policy below.

NO RETURNS

Due to the nature of our perfume products and for safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any items once they have been delivered.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The perfume must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The item must be defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer care team at: info@hoss-ae.com

Once your exchange request is approved, we will guide you through the process. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept exchanges for:

• Used or opened perfume
• Items returned after 7 days
• Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance
